Hacked Website Help
If You Are Using a CMS Like WordPress
If you are using a CMS like WordPress, it is possible that the software was hacked due to a vulnerability from a plugin, theme or simply because the software was not running on the latest version.
The simplest way to resolve this problem is to completely delete the affected WordPress install and start fresh. Make sure to use a different (and secure) password.
If this is not possible, please consult a resource like this Beginner’s Guide to Fixing Your Hacked WordPress Site.
Once the issue has been resolved, contact our support team to reinstate your site.
If You Are NOT Using a CMS Like WordPress
In this case it is essential that you change the password to your account and remove any of the hacked files that our support team notified you about.
Once the issue has been resolved, contact our support team to reinstate your site.
